To: The residents and property owners of Fabius Township, St. Joseph County, Michigan, and any other interested parties.
Please take notice that a meeting of the Fabius Township Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 7:00 PM by electronic remote access for the purpose of consideration of issues related to the operation of the Fabius Township Planning Commission.
Electronic remote access, in accordance with Executive Order 2020-15, will be implemented due to recent social distancing requirements outlined by state and federal officials in response to COVID-19 and viral infection. The public may participate in the meeting through Zoom access by computer and smart phone using by going to Zoom and clicking on the Join A Meeting tab. Enter the information below when prompted:

This notice is posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, (MCL 41.72a(2)(3)), EO 2020-15, and the Americans With Disabilities Act. The Fabius Township Board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as closed captioning for the hearing impaired and audio recordings of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting or public hearing upon one (1) day notice to the Fabius Township Board.
