The application includes the following features:
- An Inbox message is provided each time the voter submits an AV application through the Online Absent Voter Application. The new Action/Type for these transactions is called Online AV Application Received and will appear in your Inbox in real time with the Source of MVIC.
- Print Queue. Each voter submission of the AV application online also generates an application that is automatically sent to the respective jurisdiction’s print queue and includes the voter’s digitized signature.
- AV Details. The date the application is received is automatically recorded as received.
- The new Online AV Report provides a listing of each voter’s online AV application received through the tool with a variety of sorting and filtering features. This report is a real-time report offering a current listing as AV applications are submitted on MVIC.
