NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF FABIUS TOWNSHIP,
ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, MICHIGAN AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Fabius Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting and public hearing on, May 1, 2021, commencing at 10:00 A.M. at the Fabius Township Hall, 13108 Broadway Ave. Three Rivers, Mi. 49093 to consider the following:

1. Request from Mark and Cari Mohler 3758 Timber Creek Ln. Naperville, Il. 60565 is requesting the following variances for the property located at 12966 Spence Rd. Three Rivers, Mi. 49093 a/k/a known as parcel ID75-004-450-012-00:
a. From Section 46. 349 (4) (C) as it relates to the rear yard setback (roadside).

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that copies of the Township Zoning Ordinance, the application, and the decision of the zoning administrator will be available at the hearing or may be viewed or purchased prior to the hearing by contacting the Township Clerk, Carol Wilkins at 269-244-5376 , or the Township Zoning Administrator, Douglas Kuhlman at 269-651-3130.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Fabius Zoning Board of Appeals will address any business or agenda items presented.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Fabius Township Zoning Board of Appeals reserves the right to recommend approval of, denial of, or modifications to the proposed request.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that public comment regarding this request will be received in writing at the address below: may be presented to the Zoning Board of Appeals at the meeting, or may be directed to the Zoning Board of Appeals care of the Zoning Administrator Douglas Kuhlman by contacting him at 269-651-3130.Written comments concerning the above matter may be submitted to the Fabius Township Zoning Administrator at any time prior to the public hearing and may further be submitted to the Township Zoning Administrator at the public hearing.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Township Zoning Board of Appeals may reverse or uphold the decision of the Township Zoning Administrator and may grant or deny a variance or grant a variance with conditions.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE Fabius Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the hearing to individuals with disabilities, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered, upon five 72 hours notice to the Township Clerk of the need for the same.
