2024 summer taxes are due and made payable to Fabius Township Treasurer from 7/1/24-9/16/24 without penalty. We give no refunds under $10. Payments made on or after 9/17/24 add interest of 1% per month or fraction of month. All taxes paid after 2/14/25 are subject to 3% penalty. Fabius Township collects 2024 taxes at the Township Hall through 2/28/25. On or after 3/1/25 delinquent taxes are paid to the County Treasurer. Call 269-467-5526 for correct payoff amount. Credit card payments are taken through Fabius Township website only.

If you want a receipt for summer taxes, please send a self addressed, stamped envelope. Otherwise you will not receive a summer tax receipt in the mail. Please put contact information on check.
