If paying by cash you must have exact amount. No refunds under $10.00. Will collect taxes any time Treasurer is in the office. Pay by mail, pay at Fabius Township Hall in person, or put in the box in front of the Hall. Credit card payments taken through Fabius Township website only. PLEASE PUT CONTACT INFORMATION ON CHECK (phone and/or email). Do not post date checks. I WILL NOT HOLD CHECKS FOR ANY REASON. They will be returned.

Taxes are payable to Fabius Township Treasurer from December 1, 2025, through February 17, 2026. On February 18, 2026, add 3% penalty but still pay at Township Hall through March 2, 2026. On March 3, 2026, taxes become delinquent and are only payable to the St. Joseph County Treasurer with 1% interest and 4% admin fee. Call 269-467-5525 for current payoff amount after March 2, 2026.
